Order Confirmation
When we have received your order a confirmation will be sent to you via email. Always check your order confirmation to make it sure it matches your request. If something in your Order confirmation seems amiss, please contact us ASAP.
Damaged Goods
If you see any visible damage to your package upon receipt, please notify the shipping company directly when you retreive the package. If you notice that the contents of your package are damaged when unpacking your order please contact us ASAP at: info@hagatratoffel.com
Payment
Klarna Checkout makes it simple, flexible and safe for you to shop online. Simply by answering a couple of questions you identify yourself and there by you will be able to choose what ever payment method that suits you the best.
One of the nice things with Klarna Checkout is that we seperate purchase and payment. First you verify your purchase and then you choose youre payment method. Either you pay by Klarna invoice, directly from your Klarna account.

Shipping cost
From 200 kr = Shipping in Sweden up to 2 kg.
200 kr = Shipping to a country in the European Union up to 2 kg.
350 kr = Shipping to countries outisde of the European Union.
Terms for delivery
Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days if products are in stock.
Delivery time varies and depends on what country it is being shipped to and the postal process in that country.

Return Policy
In the event of a return, you must pay for return shipping. The price for return shipping varies depending on the packages weight/volume and which shipping company you choose. Returns should be sent to our business address which can be found at the bottom of our webpage. Please consider that your are responsible for the items until we receive them. Please package items carefully to avoid damage and consider using traceable shipping.
